A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Communication, Business, or completed Administration credential 

Proven experience in childcare program management 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Ability to understand and manage flexible scheduling, including split shifts 

Proficiency in technology, such as booking platforms, or a willingness to learn 

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

HR Generalist - Childcare Center

We're seeking a compassionate and organized HR Generalist to join our childcare center team. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in supporting our employees' growth, well-being, and success. Your expertise will help us foster a positive work environment, ensure fair compensation, and provide opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Education and Compensation Tracking: Maintain accurate records of staff education, certifications, and experience to ensure fair compensation and compliance with regulations. -

  • Team Building and Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate team-building events, recognition programs, and celebrations to boost morale and motivation. -

  • Training and Development: Design and implement training materials, workshops, and mental health strategies to support employee growth and well-being. -

  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflicts, and performance management. -

  • Communication and Feedback: Facilitate open communication channels, solicit feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance our work environment.

 

Requirements: - 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a childcare or education setting - Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting employees

Nice to Have: - Experience with training design and delivery - Familiarity with mental health strategies and resources - Certification in HR (SHRM, HRCI, etc.)

PT Event Coordinator - Galaxy Clubhouse

We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic Part-Time Event Coordinator to join our team at the Galaxy Clubhouse! As a key member of our events team, you'll help plan, execute, and bring to life community events and small-scale events for our Little Dreamers families. As a brand ambassador, you'll represent our values and mission, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Event Planning: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community events, workshops, and small-scale events for Little Dreamers families. -

  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the Little Dreamers brand, values, and mission at events, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for attendees. -

  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.  Logistics: Manage event setup, registration, and materials, ensuring attention to detail and efficiency.

  • Promotion: Assist in promoting events through social media, flyers, and other marketing channels. Requirements: 1+ year of event planning experience -

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills -

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 

 

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Events, or related field preferred Nice to Have: - Experience with event marketing and promotion - Familiarity with community events and family-friendly activities - Certification in Event Planning (CMP, CSEP, etc.)
